We are seeking experienced Underground Loader Operators to join our mining operations team and contribute to one of Australia's most significant underground mining developments. Responsibilities

About the Role
As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of underground load haul dump (LHD) equipment to support mine development and production activities. Working as part of a high-performing underground mining team, you will play a critical role in maintaining productivity while upholding Redpath's commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate underground loaders (LHDs) safely and efficiently
• Muck development and production headings
• Transport and manage ore and waste material underground
• Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks




• Maintain production targets while adhering to safety standards
• Identify and report hazards, incidents and equipment defects
• Work collaboratively with mining crews and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with site procedures and operational requirements
• Maintain high housekeeping and operational standards Qualifications About You To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
• Previous underground mining experience operating loaders/LHDs
• Experience mucking development and/or production headings
• Strong understanding of underground mining operations
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
• Ability to work effectively in a high-performing team environment
• Relevant mining competencies, licences and tickets
• Current Australian work rights
