• Assists in organising and coordinating Current Hire Orientation and other required classroom training.
• Assists in organising program materials and filing of relevant reports.
• Helps promote and inform employees about training programs.
• Ensures participants receive the appropriate property and company orientation, understand program materials and build relationships with property leadership team.
• Assists in internal training checks and compliance requirements.
• Assists in drafting weekly newsletter and Commitment to Quality (daily briefing document).
• Assists in organising Take Care activities.
• Creates posters and visual materials for internal communication and HR initiatives.
