As a Portfolio Lead, you will own the planning, governance and delivery visibility of a portfolio of Cyber initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into realistic and achievable plans. You will partner closely with a Domain Lead, you will provide a trusted view of portfolio health, manage priorities, risks and dependencies, and enable informed decision-making across senior stakeholders. Your work will help drive successful delivery outcomes by ensuring the portfolio remains aligned, transparent and focused on the highest-value activities. What You Offer
• Extensive experience leading complex portfolios, programmes or enterprise delivery environments with multiple interconnected initiatives and competing priorities
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into prioritised delivery plans, balancing capacity, dependencies, risks and business outcomes




• Experience establishing and managing portfolio governance, executive reporting and decision-making frameworks that support effective delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and influence senior leaders across technology, risk and business teams
