About the role
Role Purpose We are currently experiencing ongoing challenges related to SAP S/4HANA master data quality and its impact on reporting within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). We require an experienced SAP SAC Reporting Analyst who can act as a bridge between business teams and technical support teams, ensuring that available reports are understood, adopted, validated, and trusted by the business. The successful candidate will become the subject matter expert for the current SAC reporting landscape, enabling business users to effectively leverage available reports, validating reporting accuracy, identifying and resolving SAP S/4HANA master data issues, and ensuring reporting solutions continue to meet evolving business needs. Mode of employment: Fixed term Contract (FTC)

Key Responsibilities
• Understanding of existing SAC reports and dashboards, data models.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding SAC reporting and analytics.
• Support and guide business users in effectively utilizing available SAC reports and dashboards.
• Validate report outputs against business requirements and SAP S/4HANA source data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies by working closely with SAP S/4HANA support teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Aftersales and National Sales teams to understand business processes, reporting requirements, and data challenges.
• Identify and analyze SAP S/4HANA master data issues affecting reporting outcomes and coordinate corrective actions with relevant support teams.




• Perform data reconciliation and root-cause analysis to ensure consistency between source systems and SAC reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing reports, improve data quality, and strengthen reporting governance. Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including reporting, dashboard development, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures, master data, and business processes.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reporting insights.
• Experience supporting business users and driving adoption of reporting and analytics solutions.
