We are a consulting company recruiting a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) on behalf of a cybersecurity solutions provider. In this role, you will advise clients across industries including BFSI, energy, utilities, government, and manufacturing, helping them strengthen their cybersecurity strategies, manage risks, and address regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies aligned with their business objectives.
• Support clients in identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks.
• Help organizations address regulatory requirements, security frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Advise on incident response, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
• Assess clients’ security operations, tools, and infrastructure to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support clients in strengthening their cybersecurity teams, processes, and capabilities.
• Guide threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, and remediation initiatives.
• Present cybersecurity risks, assessments, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Promote security awareness and a strong cybersecurity culture across client organizations. Who We're Looking For:
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership roles




• Strong background in one or more sectors: government, BFSI, energy, utilities, manufacturing, or mining
• Deep expertise in regulatory compliance and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001)
• IAM / SSO / MFA / PAM
• Proven ability to assess cybersecurity gaps and implement effective solutions
• Experience aligning security strategy with business objectives
• Strong understanding of current threat landscape, technologies, and regulatory trends
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
