Role Description Omega Law is seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to join our growing national practice. This is a fully remote role offering autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to help shape a modern, technology-enabled law firm specialising in debt recovery, mortgage enforcement and commercial litigation. The firm is focused on building a scalable operating model supported by technology, process improvement and exceptional client service. As a Senior Lawyer, you will manage a portfolio of secured recovery matters from commencement through to enforcement and recovery. You will work directly with lenders and commercial clients, provide strategic advice, oversee litigation across multiple jurisdictions, mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of Omega Law's systems, precedents and workflows.



The ideal candidate will have experience in debt recovery, mortgage enforcement, commercial litigation or insolvency-related matters, excellent matter management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will be comfortable embracing new technology and helping to build efficient, repeatable legal processes while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes. Qualifications
• Solid foundational knowledge of debt recovery or litigation and demonstrated experience practicing as a solicitor or lawyer.
• Admission as a solicitor and current practicing certificate (or eligibility to obtain one) in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues in accessible terms.
• Ability to manage multiple files, work collaboratively in a team environment, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
