In this role you have the opportunity to autonomously design and build Webflow websites for new recruitment agencies, end to end with the support of an existing successful, flourishing team. Working closely with each new agency, you'll take their loose brand and web concepts and turn them into tight, elegant, powerful websites that convert, on a timeline that brings energy and excitement to every build. This is a rare design, to build role where you get to shape the first days of a new business. Employing existing well-honed Senior level technical skills, but with the structure of an ever-evolving proven and highly successful process. It's the first thing a Candidate sees and the source of truth for existing and potential Clients and it's the link a founder sends to their family. You make that. You'll design it and you'll build it. Same person, same site, start to finish. No handing a concept to a developer, no inheriting someone else's markup, and no internal approval queue between you and a decision. You work closely, educating the Partner on the direction and the logic, they sign off at each phase; nobody else needs to. Ownership doesn't mean isolation. You'll sit inside a hands-on team of Senior Designers and a fellow Developer, with a Brand Designer shaping visual direction on every build and the rest of the team close enough to pull into a problem when you want a second pair of eyes. The pace is quick and the work is real. Nothing you make sits in a folder waiting on a decision. It goes live, it carries a business, and then you start the next one which is as creative and as challenging as you choose within the bounds of the brand you've just been a part of creating. What You'll Be Doing
- Design
• Take part in, contribute to, and occasionally lead brand workshops with new Partners.
• Take each site from a concept you create,



through development in Webflow to launch.
• Bring Partners' concepts, hopes and dreams into reality through an existing and constantly evolving structured industry best process you’re encouraged to contribute to.
• Design every site from scratch, based on your knowledge of the industry, best practice, current trends, and what will convert best for that partner.
- Develop
• Build in Webflow using the Lumos framework. Webflow is a must have skillset and current working knowledge base is key. Cannot stress this enough.
• CMS creation and API integrations so a strong technical front-end knowledge is a must-have.
• Custom code is a constant in our builds so obviously advanced CSS and HTML but also confort with JS and web interactions.
• Bring an eye for detail to development. We work to best practice on every project. Who You'll Work With
- Partners
• Build and own the relationship from day one as the industry expert: lead each phase of the design process, get sign-offs, manage feedback, and keep partners across the project for absolute clarity. Most relationships are ongoing.
• Manage your workflow around ad-hoc inbound jobs from existing Partners.

• 5+ years designing and building websites, with a portfolio that shows both skills equally.
• Working, current comprehensive Webflow experience across CMS collections,



interactions and custom code, at Senior level and ideally on Lumos or other class-based framework.
• Strong JavaScript and front-end fundamentals.
• Comfortable working with third-party APIs unaided.
• Strong Figma skills and the ability to present your work with reasons and justification for the decisions you've made.
• A real eye for typography, spacing and hierarchy. You can extend a brand direction, not just apply it.
• Judgement across UI and UX: structure, hierarchy, responsive behaviour, and accessibility.
• Time management at a Senior level for multiple jobs at any one point.
• The temperament for the pace. You'd rather ship good work often than polish one thing for a quarter.
• A strong, polite, confident and genuinely caring communicator. Nice to have
• A tight Figma to Webflow workflow.
• Core Web Vitals.
• CMS experience.
• Motion and micro-interaction work.
• Strong backend end technical code based ability. What this role isn't
• A template role. Little repeats between sites.
• Design only. You build what you design.
• Development only. That's a separate Senior Creative Developer role.
• SEO as a service, analytics, ongoing QA, or graphic collateral (job ads, socials, email signatures). Our graphics team owns those.
• A midweight Designer or Developers Role. Supported growth is part of what we do but we need a team member able to propose polished Figma Designs that you will then build in Webflow to a near pixel perfect standard. Why you'll want this
