About the role
Are you a Talent Acquisition professional with proven experience recruiting within radiology? Do you thrive on building strong stakeholder relationships, sourcing specialised talent and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes? Carlisle Health is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on an initial 6–12 month max-term contract, with the opportunity to extend or transition to a permanent position. This role will report directly into the Chief People Officer. This is an exciting chance for a hands-on recruitment professional who understands the specialised radiology talent market and can partner with hiring managers to attract and secure the right people in a competitive healthcare environment. The candidate will be ideally based in Sydney or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of radiology and healthcare roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage qualified radiology professionals through targeted channels and networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
• Provide market insights, recruitment advice and regular updates to stakeholders.




• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, time-to-hire and overall hiring outcomes.
• Ensure recruitment activities align with organisational policies and relevant employment requirements. Skills and Experience You are a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter with a strong understanding of healthcare talent acquisition and the specific challenges of recruiting within radiology. To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment and end-to-end talent acquisition.
• An understanding of the radiology workforce and the specialised skills required across relevant clinical roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and clinical leaders.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-find talent and developing effective candidate pipelines.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
