Approximately 48 hours per week Contract: Up to the end of FY27, with potential extension into FY28 About the Opportunity We are looking for an experienced NPI Maintenance Scheduler who understands that a quality schedule is more than a list of work orders. It is a clear, practical commitment that brings people, priorities, materials and operational requirements together. Working closely with maintenance, operations, planning, reliability and inventory teams, you will develop safe and achievable weekly schedules for Non-Process Infrastructure assets. Your work will help frontline teams execute maintenance efficiently, manage asset risk and maintain confidence in the weekly plan. This role suits someone who combines strong SAP scheduling capability with practical site awareness, clear communication and a collaborative way of working. What You Will Be Responsible For You will:
- Build and refine weekly maintenance schedules from planned work orders, applying agreed priorities, maintenance windows and available work-centre capacity.
- Confirm that work is properly planned and ready to schedule, including the availability of materials, services, equipment access and specialist resources.
- Level and sequence work to create realistic and achievable schedules covering regulatory, preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Work alongside NPI maintenance execution, operations,



planners, reliability engineering and inventory teams to resolve conflicts and address work-readiness risks.
- Prepare and distribute draft schedules, facilitate schedule review meetings, record agreed actions and obtain the required approval before publishing the committed schedule.
- Maintain accurate scheduling dates, revisions, resource allocations and work-order statuses in SAP.
- Communicate schedule changes and deferred work clearly, ensuring priority or asset-risk decisions are escalated to the appropriate person.
- Review schedule compliance, rescheduled work and reason codes with execution teams.
- Identify practical opportunities to improve scheduling quality, labour utilisation and maintenance delivery.
- Work in line with HIO safety, work management and asset management requirements. Helping Us Improve Beyond delivering the weekly schedule, you will have the opportunity to:

- Demonstrated maintenance scheduling experience in an asset-intensive environment.
- Practical experience developing and maintaining maintenance schedules in SAP.
- A good understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, work management and schedule-compliance principles.
- The ability to assess work readiness and identify labour, material, access and equipment constraints.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- A practical and respectful approach to working across operational and technical teams.
- The confidence to raise risks early, clarify accountabilities and follow agreed governance.
- The ability to travel weekly between Perth, Port Hedland and Roy Hill Mine. Experience supporting mining, resources or Non-Process Infrastructure assets will be highly regarded. Why Join Us?
