Pega Technical Business Analyst | Sydney, NSW (Hybrid) We're looking for an experienced Pega Technical Business Analyst to join our technology delivery team and play a key role in delivering business-critical Pega solutions.

What You'll Do
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions
• Translate requirements into scalable Pega solution designs
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and support teams across Agile delivery
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production validation
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies,



and solution outcomes What We're Looking For
• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Systems Analyst
• Solid hands-on experience with the Pega Platform
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, and support processes Nice to Have
• Pega Business Architect (PBA) certification
• Experience with Pega Customer Service, BPM, or Workflow solutions
• Knowledge of Azure, Apigee, Middleware, IAM, MDM, SQL, or Core Banking platforms
