Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wollongong, NSW for a Senior Inbound Service Technician. The primary role purpose as the Senior Inbound Service Technician is to provide exemplary network, ticketing and systems solutions and services for clients that meet the expectations of each customer. The responsibilities include developing relationships with clients, manage all aspects of ticket resolution and project including setting expectations, comprehensive communication and implementation of all elements of the individual project plan, whilst continuing to build advanced knowledge of our products and services. Your role is to provide leadership for the team, ensuring we exceed customer expectations and our KPIs.

- both verbal and written. You can take often incomplete information and sometime poor descriptions of the problem and quickly turn this into resolutions for our customers experiencing complex technical issues. You hold multiple, relevant Microsoft certifications and a robust willingness to learn new skills. Over time, as your skills and knowledge develop, we expect the role will progress into more senior roles within the Company. To qualify for the next stage of the recruitment process, candidates must hold at least one (1) or more Microsoft Certifications in Modern Work, Infrastructure and/or Security. Qualifications
