We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of SAP Fieldglass solutions for contractor management and services procurement.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and optimize SAP Fieldglass modules, workflows, and templates.
• Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, SAP Ariba, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot system incidents and integration issues.
• Support contractor management processes, system enhancements, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders. Required

Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of SAP Fieldglass implementation and configuration experience, particularly in Services Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI,



and Supply Chain integrations.
• Experience with Contingent Workforce Management and Worker Profile modules.
• Experience with large-scale contractor data migrations (10,000+ records).
• Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise systems. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience in Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, Utilities, or similar heavy industries.
• PMP certification.
• Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and other third-party platforms.
