Network Analyst | Contract Chance | Sydney We're seeking an experienced Network Analyst to join a large and complex enterprise technology environment, supporting critical network infrastructure and delivering key connectivity projects across a geographically distributed organisation. This role offers the chance to work across large-scale LAN, WAN and security environments, contributing to both operational excellence and ongoing network transformation initiatives. The Opportunity As a Network Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining, enhancing and supporting enterprise network services while delivering infrastructure projects and providing high-level technical expertise across the network estate. Working closely with internal technology teams, project stakeholders and external service providers, you'll be involved in the design, implementation, support and continuous improvement of network solutions that underpin business-critical services. Based on the client's Sydney site (hybrid), this role includes a blend of project delivery, operational support and hands-on implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN and network security infrastructure.
• Deliver network upgrades, deployments and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Provide support for complex networking issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across routing, switching, firewall and connectivity services.




• Conduct planned maintenance activities, including occasional after-hours changes.
• Work within ServiceNow and established change management processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, telecommunications providers and internal technical teams.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, solution designs and support handover materials.
• Provide technical advice to project managers, technology teams and key stakeholders.
• Manage assigned workstreams and contribute to project planning and delivery activities. About You You'll bring strong enterprise networking experience gained within large, complex environments and be comfortable balancing operational support with project delivery. Your background is likely to include:
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise LAN and WAN environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies across routing and switching.
• Experience with firewall platforms such as Palo Alto or Cisco ASA.
• Working knowledge of routing protocols including BGP and EIGRP.
• Understanding of Quality of Service (QoS) principles and network performance optimisation.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues across multi-site environments.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
