Internal Sales Administrator Tech Source | Full-time | On-site in Carlisle, WA

About us
Tech Source is a West Australian-owned distributor of industrial automation and control components, with over 40 years in the industry. We operate in a B2B environment and are looking for a detail-minded administrator to join our Carlisle team.

About the role
Support our internal sales operations by processing customer enquiries and orders, maintaining accurate product and pricing information, and coordinating with customers and suppliers. You do not need an engineering degree. An electrical or technical background would be advantageous, and our experienced product team will support you with complex technical enquiries.

Key responsibilities
• Accurately record customer requests, match product part codes, process orders and prepare invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date e-commerce account listings and pricing data.
• Provide clear, professional customer service by phone and email.
• Coordinate with suppliers and monitor stock availability and incoming orders. About you
• Office administration or sales administration experience.




• Experience or familiarity with an electrical, manufacturing, IT or industrial setting is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, pricing and documentation.
• Clear verbal and written communication, a confident phone manner and a customer-first approach.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams, and standard CRM systems.
• Willingness to learn product lines and alphanumeric part codes.
• Relevant VET qualifications are advantageous.
