Scope of PositionAs a full-time Social Media and Content Specialist at By ABLO, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and delivering impactful social content for our diverse client base. You'll help own the end-to-end execution of social media, content creation, and UGC/influencer projects, playing a pivotal role in our clients’ success and our agency’s creative output. This role is perfect for someone with a strong visual eye, a knack for engaging audiences, and a flair for keeping brands on trend. You’ll be working closely with the agency founders on all aspects of client and brand work.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Manage and execute the entire organic social media process, from planning and scheduling to uploading, tagging, and monitoring posts.
• Design all types of organic social assets, including static images, carousels, stories, and select videos + reels for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Plan monthly organic social activity within the content calendar platform (Gain), including imagery, reels, stories, graphics, key focuses, and promotions.
• Keep a pulse on social media trends, generating innovative ideas to keep our clients ahead of the curve. Community Management
• Monitor user engagement and comments, responding promptly within the feed and via direct messages.
• Foster engagement by professionally managing comments, messages,



and inquiries across social platforms.
• Actively monitor channels for trending conversations, brand mentions, and opportunities to connect with the audience. Content Creation
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including selecting equipment, scouting locations, and coordinating props.
• Ability to film lo-fi reels, and edit these to a high standard.
• Direct models and crew members to achieve the desired outcomes, capturing high-quality images and videos.
• Autonomously write social media copy across client accounts, adapting each brand's tone of voice to the deliverables
• Independently develop and maintain content calendars, applying strategic thinking, environmental awareness and critical thinking
• Bring a solid eye for how content looks and flows visually. This is a big part of the role. Industry Knowledge
• Stay current on social media, content and client industry trends, bringing thought leadership into client strategy. To be successful in this role, you will possess the below skills and

experience:
Essential
• Brisbane-based
• Proven agency experience, with the ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities simultaneously
• Personal transport for shoots
• Lo-Fi filming ability and editing skills (Reels + TikTok)
• A creative eye

• Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours (e.g. evening shoots)
