AUD Build is the business name of Australian Urban Direct iBuying Pty Ltd. We are seeking a senior architect with current NSW registration to lead residential projects from concept design through approvals, documentation and construction. You will work with clients, consultants and construction teams to deliver transparent, coordinated design outcomes. What you will do
• Lead the design of custom homes, duplexes, townhouses and other multi-residential projects across Greater Sydney, from early concept through delivery.
• Prepare and review concept, DA/CDC, CC and construction documentation appropriate to each project, including coordination with approval authorities.
• Coordinate structural, services, planning and other consultants, and communicate with clients, authorities and the project team.




• Resolve design and documentation questions during construction while protecting the approved design intent.
• Guide junior team members and maintain consistent drawing, review and quality standards. What you bring
• Current registration as an architect with the NSW Architects Registration Board.
• At least five years of Sydney or NSW residential architecture experience, with a portfolio that includes projects you personally led through approvals and detailed documentation.
• Sound working knowledge of NSW planning controls, the NCC, DA/CDC/CC processes and the Design and Building Practitioners framework where applicable.
• Strong Revit documentation, consultant coordination and project management skills.
• Clear written and spoken English, sound judgement and confident client communication. Chinese language skills are welcome but are not required.
