ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
• Leading and supervising the warehouse team
• Planning daily workflow and allocating tasks
• Managing stock and inventory
• Coordinating collections, deliveries and dispatch
• Loading/unloading orders and export containers
• Forklift operation and material handling
• Supporting textile sorting and recycling operations
• Maintaining warehouse records and documentation
• Training staff and maintaining safe work practices
• Ensuring Australian WHS requirements are followed
• Coordinating with customers, suppliers, transport operators and management
• Keeping the warehouse clean,



organised and efficient ABOUT YOUWe’re looking for someone with:
• Warehouse or logistics experience
• Strong team leadership skills
• Hands-on warehouse experience
• Forklift and warehouse equipment experience
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• Robust safety and WHS awareness
• Practical problem-solving and communication skills
