Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve meals with care, contributing to a positive and enjoyable dining experience for residents
• Deliver warm, attentive customer service, helping residents feel welcomed, respected and valued
• Assist with meal and tray service, ensuring meals are delivered efficiently and with consideration for residents’ needs
• Support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, dishwashing and maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment




• Work confidently both independently and as part of a team to support the smooth delivery of catering services
• Bring a compassionate, resident-focused approach to your work, recognising the important role quality food and friendly service play in everyday life Desired Skills And Experience What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a catering, food service or kitchen role, ideally within an aged care or healthcare environment
• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians, with a warm, caring and respectful approach
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to creating a welcoming dining experience
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to assist across food preparation, meal service and general kitchen duties
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility to work varied days and hours
