We're growing rapid. Bikes are on the road across the country, demand is exploding, and we're backed by investors who believe in where we're heading. Now we need someone to lead the charge on sales. The roleYou own revenue. That means every ride day, every lead, every partner conversation and every deal from first test ride to keys in hand. This is a hands-on role. What you'll do
Ride days
• Plan and run LEKI ride days in Adelaide and across the country.
• Get people on bikes, answer the hard questions honestly and turn test rides into orders.
• Partner with cafes, moto venues and riding communities to fill every session. Closing deals
• Own the pipeline from enquiry to delivery: follow up fast, quote clearly and close.
• Work leads from our website,



marketplaces, ride days and finance partners through HubSpot.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets, and report on them weekly. Growing the network
• Find, sign and support partners in new states.
• Feed rider and market insight back to product and marketing. Building the engine
• Turn what works into a repeatable sales playbook.
• Help hire and lead the sales team as we grow. Who you are
