Karlka Fencewright is a leading provider of fencing and infrastructure solutions across Western Australia. We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive business development, quoting, and client engagement across a diverse range of projects.

About the Role
As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring a seamless transition of projects from sales to delivery. You will work closely with clients, estimators, project managers, and operational teams to deliver high-quality fencing and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and develop recent business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
• Determine project scope, materials, and pricing.
• Manage customer communications throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate project handovers to operations and project teams.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company systems and QHSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:



Essential
• Previous experience in a sale, estimating, or business development role.
• Experience within the construction, manufacturing, civil, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence. Highly Desirable
• Experience within the fencing industry.
• Knowledge of commercial, industrial, security, or infrastructure fencing projects.
• Experience preparing quotations and estimates for fencing works.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Simpro.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
