As Assistant Store Manager of Angus & Coote Miranda, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales performance and maintain the high standards expected of a premium jewellery retailer. You’ll also have the opportunity to step up and lead the store when required,



building the experience and confidence to progress your retail leadership career. You’ll have the chance to:
• Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, providing trusted advice and building meaningful customer relationships.
• Develop your knowledge across diamonds, fine jewellery and watches and use that expertise to maximise every sales opportunity.
• Coach and motivate Team Members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Take ownership of store performance and operations when the Store Manager is away.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of Team Members.
• Assist with inventory, administration, rostering, visual standards and loss prevention while maintaining consistently high operational standards. You’ll thrive in this role if you...
• Have previous retail leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Manager, 2IC, 3IC or senior sales professional ready for the next step.
• Have a genuine passion for selling and providing an exceptional, personalised customer experience.
• Enjoy learning about premium products and building the expertise required to provide trusted advice.
• Can coach, motivate and support others to achieve strong sales results.
• Are confident stepping up and leading the store when required.
• Have strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Can manage competing priorities and solve problems calmly and professionally.
