This full-time role reports to the CEO and General Manager, leading opportunity capture, bid management, and key operational activities across Defence and government sectors. You will coordinate end-to-end capture processes, maintain readiness, and support business development with strong Defence acumen and stakeholder engagement. Local travel and full time on-site work are expected.
