Structures Foreman

I am looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a major $300M, 26-level residential development in Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a robust background in high-rise structures who knows how to run a site, coordinate trades and keep things moving.

The role:

- Oversee structural works across a 26-level Class 2 residential project.
- Manage subcontractors, trades and daily site activities.
- Coordinate formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours.
- Keep works on programme while maintaining safety and quality.
- Work closely with the wider site team to hit key milestones.

About You:

- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on high-rise or multi-residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete structures, formwork and reinforcement.
- The ability to manage trades, solve problems and drive productivity on site.
