Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing South West WA – near Margaret River $140,000 – $160,000 + super Monday-Friday, days I am seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in the South West of WA. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance function, improving plant reliability, minimising downtime and leading a skilled maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the site maintenance team
- Manage preventative, planned and reactive maintenance programs
- Drive plant reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement
- Manage contractors, budgets and maintenance compliance About You
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager,



Maintenance Superintendent or similar
- Solid manufacturing, FMCG or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge
