- Sherbourne Terrace Hotel Primary Production
- Allendale Orchards 300 Acres Rental Properties
- Commercial and Residential The main duties and responsibilities are to oversee the Financial Function and include: Processing weekly Payroll Daily Bank Reconciliations Processing Accounts Payable and Receivable Forecasting and Monitoring of Cash Flows Preparation of Financial Reports Liaising with External Stake Holders and Accountants Rental Property Management and Reconciliation Other Bookkeeping and Ad Hoc Administration Duties The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: Solid working history of using Xero Experience in Payroll (50+ Team) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong attention to detail Proven experience in high level accounting The ability to multitask and meet deadlines Self motivated Team Player Full Time 5 Days Monday to Friday OR Part Time 4 Days Tuesday to Friday
