Manager - Analytics & Advisory

We're looking for an experienced consulting and analytics leader to help shape the next stage of Flexiq's growth.

As Manager – Analytics & Advisory, you'll lead client engagements, develop our growing analytical capability and help organisations turn complex information into better decisions and measurable improvements.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You won't simply oversee projects from the sidelines. You'll structure ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, facilitate senior discussions, guide analysis and turn evidence into practical recommendations. You'll also lead and develop a team of analysts as they build their careers at Flexiq.

What you'll do

- Build trusted relationships with senior clients and help them navigate difficult decisions.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts.
- Turn financial, operational, project and procurement data into meaningful business insight.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and generate new work.
- Actively seek and support the development of new opportunities for Flexiq.

What you'll bring

- You'll ideally have 8+ years' relevant experience, including substantial client-facing consulting or advisory work.
- Proficiency in data visualisation and modelling tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel for complex analysis.




- Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and leading business improvement frameworks within large-scale operations.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, data analytics or a related discipline.
- You'll combine strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder engagement, commercial judgement and genuine people leadership.
- Experience across energy, utilities, infrastructure, government or other complex, asset-intensive environments will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience with leading and developing a team of direct reports.
