Alcoa is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead an Electrical and Instrumentation team at the Pinjarra Refinery. You will oversee safety, scheduling, and execution of maintenance with a focus on reliability and efficiency. The role requires WA A-Grade licence, industrial maintenance leadership, and experience with CMMS, Honeywell DCS, and Allen‑Bradley PLC systems. This is a site-based, day/night shift role in WA.
