- relaxed, refined and social. The Role
- Leading, mentoring and motivating a large front-of-house team
- Rostering, staffing levels and wage control
- Delivering exceptional customer experience, every service
- Training staff to a high standard and maintaining consistency
- Managing ordering, stock, suppliers and invoicing
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring compliance with health,



safety and operational standards
- Working closely with the owner on performance, systems, and growth This is a hands‑on leadership role — you’ll be visible on the floor, especially during busy services. Hours & Availability
- Full-time role, 5 days per week
- Weekends are an absolute must
- Daytime hours only — finish by 2:30pm every day About You You’re someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Venue Manager or strong Assistant Manager
- Leads with confidence, warmth, and high standards
- Is calm under pressure and thrives in busy environments
- Understands numbers (wages, COGS, KPIs) without losing the human side
- Communicates clearly and holds people accountable
- Takes pride in presentation, service, and culture
