About the Opportunity:
An established and highly regarded commercial builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark $150m student accommodation development in Melbourne's CBD.
This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of a major high-rise project, managing the construction process from early works through to practical completion.

With a solid pipeline of secured projects and an experienced delivery team, this builder offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile developments in a professional and well-resourced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a $150m student accommodation development.
- Lead and manage the project team, including Site Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Engineers and supervisors.
- Oversee project programming, budgets, procurement, subcontractor performance and construction methodologies.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors.
- Drive programme performance, commercial outcomes, quality and safety across all stages of construction.
- Oversee the delivery of structural works, building services, façade installation, internal fit-out and commissioning.
- Identify and manage project risks while ensuring successful completion within agreed timeframes and budgets.

About You

- Minimum 8–10 years' experience in commercial construction,



with a proven track record as a Project Manager.

- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects valued at $80m–$150m+.
- Strong background in high-rise apartments, student accommodation, hotels or similarly complex developments.
- Excellent understanding of construction programming, procurement, contracts and commercial management.
- Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teams and manage demanding stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
