The Role
This lovely family in Richmond, VIC are seeking a nanny to become a long-term and trusted part of their family. The role will primarily focus on caring for their 17-month-old during the day, before transitioning into afternoon care for all three children once the older children finish school/ELC.
The nanny will be responsible for creating a fun, engaging and stimulating workplace for the children with age-appropriate activities. The role will also involve school/ELC pick-ups, homework support, bath time, dinner preparation and helping maintain an organised household.
They are looking for someone who genuinely loves children has experience caring for children aged 1-6yrs, and is interested in building a meaningful, long-term relationship with the family.
Role Responsibilities
Providing warm, attentive and engaging care for the 17-month-old during the day
Caring for all three children after school/ELC
Planning and organising age-appropriate activities and outings
Encouraging outdoor play, exercise and active play
Preparing and serving meals and snacks for the children
School and ELC pick-ups using the family car
Supporting the eldest child with homework
Supporting bath and evening routines
Assisting with family dinners,
laundry and general household organisation whilst 17-month-old is napping (2-3hrs)
The primary role is care for the three children, but the family is looking for someone who feels confident helping to run a busy household and is naturally organised and proactive.

Requirements
5+ years previous professional experience as a nanny or in a child care related role
Confident managing the practical needs of young children
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid CPR Certificate

Full drivers licence and clean driving record
