We are currently seeking an experienced Female Support Worker in the Grafton region to support an 18-year-old participant with complex support needs in a home-based setting.

About the Role

- Provide person-centred in-home support
- Support the participant with daily living activities and community participation as required
- Build a positive and professional relationship with the participant and family
- Follow care plans and assist in achieving participant goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Promote the participant's independence, wellbeing, and safety

Shifts Available

✅ Approximately 4-6 hours per day
✅ 5 days per week
✅ Ongoing support available

Essential Requirements

- Female Support Worker
- Previous experience supporting individuals with complex support needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and skilled approach
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)




- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow support plans
