Position Title: Venue Manager & Floor Staff

About the Role:
Bobbys is seeking experienced and motivated team members to join the team with immediate start. There is a venue manager & multiple front of house positions available in a hands-on role, ideal for people with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house, staff and guest experience.
- Ability for floor staff to work in a rapid paced setting.
- Ensure high standards of service, food and beverage quality.
- Motivate a team of hospitality professionals.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a high capacity venue.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and health/safety regulations.
