As a Hospital Orderly, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment while supporting nursing, medical, and allied health teams

Key Responsibilities

- Safe transfer and transportation of patients throughout the hospital
- Moving equipment, beds, and medical supplies as required
- Assisting clinical staff with patient handling and mobility
- Transporting specimens, documents, and equipment between departments
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of patient care areas
- Responding promptly to ward and department requests
- Adhering to infection control, WHS, and hospital policies

About You

- Minimum 1 year patient services experience in an acute hospital environment
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated commitment to patient dignity and safety




- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Influenza vaccination record
- Gzunda training advantageous
