The role is a 10-month fixed-term contract ending around August 2027, with a hybrid mode requiring 2–3 days in the office across Sydney or Melbourne. You will own all case management across divisions with a focus on member-facing areas, delivering strategic ER advice, handling complex investigations, and supporting workforce planning and leadership development.
