About you

- Qualified Diploma Educator, Certificate III Educator or experienced early learning leader
- Driven by philosophy, grounded in research and committed to deep thinking
- Curious, reflective and always looking to elevate practice
- Someone who does not simply follow a program, you question, reflect and contribute
- A believer in the environment as the third teacher
