Genesis Health & Fitness is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Club General Manager to lead our team in Caulfield .

Genesis Fitness Clubs has had exceptional growth and continues to expand. We now have space for another energetic CGM to join our group.

About you:

- Have club and/or sales management experience in the fitness industry

- Be results-driven

- Have a passion for health and fitness and high level of member engagement

- Be very sales focused

- Have the desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club

The Key Selection criteria for the role are as follows:

- Demonstrated experience in team and sales leadership

- Demonstrated experience in club membership growth

- A strategic thinker and problem solver

- Fitness industry experience needed, with fitness certification

- Manage and motivate a team including sales, fitness, and service

- Work within the annual sales plan and achieve goals

- Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
