Quality Dental Care Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator or Senior Dental Assistant to lead our 7-chair clinic. You will own clinical operations, develop the assisting team, and drive consistent patient care across the practice.
Working with the Practice Manager, you’ll implement standards, schedules, and SOPs while building a collaborative team culture. Full time preferred, part-time 4 days/week considered for the right candidate.
