Northern Glass Groupis a commercial window and cladding company experiencing sustained growth with many upcoming projects in their pipeline.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a motivated AP/AR Officer to join our team.

Working alongside the GM and a highly experienced CFO, the key to this role is teamwork and communication.

This role is 4 days a week, Tuesday to Friday with versatile start times

Key areas of responsibility include:

Managing day to day AP and AR

Processing and reconciling invoices

Raising customer invoices and following up outstanding payments

Supplier statement reconciliations

Allocating payments and maintaining accurate records

Assisting with job costing and project related invoicing

Managing purchase orders and matching invoices

Reconciliations and general ledger administration

Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams

Construction industry experience and solid understanding of retentions

Experience in accounting software - preference is Xero





Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Organised, motivated and resourceful

Ability to manage competing priorities
