Lutheran Homes Group in Hamilton, Victoria is hiring a Rostering Coordinator to ensure effective workforce rostering and admin support for our Residential Care Facility. This full time fixed-term role runs through to June 2027 and offers a Monday-to-Friday roster with no weekends, evenings or on-call.
You'll manage rosters for Nursing, Care and Hotel Services, coordinate leave and changes, maintain accurate records, support payroll, and help drive continuous improvement while upholding privacy
