Seddon Physiotherapy is seeking a Part Time to join our team in Yarraville/Seddon. This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist looking for flexible, part-time work in a supportive clinical workplace. As a Part Time Physiotherapist, you will deliver high-quality patient care, contribute to our clinical team's success, and help us maintain our commitment to evidence-based rehabilitation services. Key responsibilities
Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
Deliver physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitation
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed to optimise recovery outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
Communicate effectively with patients, carers and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and progress
Provide patient education and advice on injury prevention, self-management strategies and home exercise programmes
Support the clinic team in maintaining a professional, welcoming and hygienic treatment environment
Contribute to clinic operations and collaborate with other physiotherapists and healthcare staff
What we're looking for
Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
Demonstrated clinical experience in physiotherapy practice, with ability to assess and treat a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
Sound clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities to develop effective treatment strategies
Professional approach to patient care and commitment to evidence-based practice
Flexibility and adaptability to varying clinical environments and schedules
Knowledge of workplace health and safety protocols and professional codes of conduct
Preferred experience in locum or part-time physiotherapy roles, or experience working in private practice settings
