Lenus is seeking a Growth Manager to expand our network of health coaches and drive strategic growth from our Copenhagen office. You will partner with top online health coaches worldwide, shaping go-to-market plans and campaigns to empower coaches to scale their businesses.

You will lead with a team-oriented, coaching mindset, maintaining a strong pipeline in the CRM, and delivering measurable growth through weekly coach reviews and performance metrics. English and Danish fluency is required.
