Eucalyptus is seeking a CRM Manager to own the full patient lifecycle for Juniper, from lead capture and onboarding through engagement, retention, churn intervention and reactivation. You will set the strategy, work directly in the CRM platform, and turn patient data into meaningful segments to drive conversion and lifetime value.
