Fiserv is seeking a Legal Counsel in Sydney to provide legal guidance across contracts, corporate governance, data privacy, M&A; activities, regulatory matters, and day‑to‑day advisory support. You will support commercial negotiations, manage disputes with external counsel, develop templates and precedents, and advise on product design and lifecycle while promoting a culture of compliance.
