You will lead a small brigade, run sections, and mentor team members under Head Chef, contributing to seasonal menus and guest experience in a rustic, open kitchen environment.

You are passionate about hospitality, have at least 5 years in top venues, and are calm under pressure with robust communication and leadership skills.
