Coal LSL is seeking a Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Specialist to establish and coordinate the delivery, governance and improvement of DIB priorities, including the Reconciliation Action Plan, aligned with the Workforce Strategy and Coal LSL Values.
The role is based in Newcastle with hybrid flexibility. You will lead data analysis, design and deliver DIB training, and build partnerships with external organisations to advance strategic goals. Applications close 29 October 2026.
