Refocus Aboriginal And Torres Strait Islander Services in Cairns seeks a casual Child and Family Wellbeing Practitioner/NDIS Support Worker to provide culturally safe, person-centred care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. You will work with clients of all ages, support NDIS plans and collaborate with service providers to secure needed supports.

The role requires experience in NDIS contexts, solid assessment skills, and the ability to work across home and community settings.
