Business NSW is seeking an Apprentice Advisor for Apprenticeship Support Australia, based in our Parramatta office. You will support apprentices and trainees from diverse backgrounds, offering guidance to help them complete their apprenticeship and building robust relationships with employers.
This is a highly phone-based role with regular outbound and inbound calls. You will communicate confidently, manage a high volume of interactions, and travel to sites for in-person meetings when needed.
