Tradewind Australia is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage a dedicated temporary recruitment desk across Early Childhood Education (EY) and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). The role supports 6:30am–15:00pm operations and involves hands-on delivery in a busy childcare staffing workplace.
You will focus on daily booking fulfilment, deployment of a casual educator pool, client relationship management and face-to-face visits to grow a profitable, sustainable client portfolio.
