Mind Australia is seeking a Manager Quality Assurance for a fixed-term 12-month, full-time role. You will lead the quality assurance function to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality services across the organisation, with governance, accreditation, complaints and privacy oversight.

You will drive quality improvements, coordinate accreditation activities and work with operational leaders on risk and incidents in a lived experience informed, governance-focused workplace.
