The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an ambitious and commercially minded Investment Operations Manager to join a well-established investment management environment with significant exposure to private markets, infrastructure and real assets.

Working closely with experienced investment professionals, fund administrators and external service providers, you will take ownership of the operational delivery across a portfolio of investment funds and mandates.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of day-to-day investment operations across private market funds and mandates, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Oversee external fund administrators, custodians and service providers, maintaining high standards of service, reporting and operational controls.
- Manage key fund activities including NAV and unit pricing coordination, capital calls, distributions, reconciliations and investor transactions.
- Build strong relationships with investment teams and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational contact.
- Coordinate investor servicing, fund reporting, compliance obligations and governance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, systems and controls, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious, capable and motivated individual who has established a strong foundation within investment operations and is ready to take greater ownership and responsibility.

You may already be operating at Manager level or be a high-performing Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager who is ready to make that next step.

Ideally, you will demonstrate:

- Experience within investment operations, fund administration, middle office,



custody or a related investment management environment.
- A sound understanding of fund accounting, NAV, unit pricing, capital calls, distributions and investor servicing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to coordinate multiple external service providers.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, attention to detail and a strong understanding of operational controls.
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with the confidence to question processes and drive positive change.
- A genuine interest in private markets, infrastructure and real assets, combined with the ambition to continue developing your career.

Importantly, we're looking for someone with drive, initiative and an appetite for responsibility. Someone who doesn't simply maintain existing processes but looks for opportunities to add value, improve outcomes and develop their own capabilities.

Direct experience within private markets would be highly regarded, although candidates from broader investment operations backgrounds with the right fundamentals and ambition are encouraged to apply.
